Whittlesea Junior Football Club
Building future champions and lifelong memories.

The Whittlesea Junior Football Club is proud to be taking part in this year’s DIY Big Freeze as we come together to help FightMND tackle the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).
As a club, we’re all about teamwork, community and supporting one another, and this is a cause that impacts so many families across Australia.
MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s ability to use their arms and legs, eat and swallow, speak and ultimately breathe, all in an average timeframe of just 27 months.
We’re asking our WJFC families, players, supporters and local community to get behind us and help make a difference. Every donation, big or small, helps fund better care for people living with MND, supports research into more effective treatments and brings us one step closer to finding a cure.
Please donate if you can and help us Tackle MND.
Thank you for your support

About Us
The Whittlesea Junior Football Club is a proud community club dedicated to providing a fun, inclusive and supportive environment for young people to learn, play and develop through Australian Rules Football.
Known as the Eagles, our Club proudly welcomes players of all skill levels and is committed to helping every player grow both on and off the field. We strive to create a positive experience for players, families, volunteers, spectators and the wider football community.
In 2026, WJFC will field 15 teams across boys and girls competitions, from Under 9s through to Under 18 Girls, along with our Auskick Program. We are incredibly proud of the continued growth of our girls’ football program and the strong pathways being created for all players within our Club.
Our home grounds are the Whittlesea Showgrounds, better known as “The Nest”, and Walker Reserve, where our community comes together each week to train, play and support one another.
While managed independently, the Junior Club works closely alongside the Whittlesea Football Netball Club to support player development and create strong pathways into senior football. This connection is further strengthened through the Whittlesea Academy Program, helping develop players, coaches and future leaders within our Club.
At WJFC, we stand for:
• Growth and development within a welcoming and inclusive environment
• A safe and supportive community where everyone feels connected
• Success both now and into the future
• Strong integrity, respect and pride on and off the field
As we continue to grow, our focus remains on fostering a club culture built on community spirit, opportunity, development and a love of the game.
Go Eagles!
